It is pliable, making it ideal for creating intricate earring designs. Brass tends to tarnish after some time and is subject to oxidation from air and moisture. We recommend storing brass jewellery in a dry place and removing it when bathing. Due to the low nickel content, brass products should not be used by people who are allergic to this metal. This material should also not be used on a fresh piercing. Brass cannot be subjected to the sterilisation process.
