Wzór ten składa się z dwóch subtelnych łańcuszków(jeden z nich ma długość 52,5cm, a drugi 44,5cm) posiadających osobne zawieszki w formie płaskich, gładkich dysków na każdym z nich(większe kółeczko na dolnym ma 1cm średnicy, mniejsze 0,8cm zawieszone jest wyżej). Naszyjnik posiada zapięcie, dzięki któremu możliwa jest regulacja długości. Możemy go wydłużyć według swojego uznania (przywieszka 6cm).
