This jewellery is recommended to be worn in stretched earlobes, as horn is a material that is well tolerated by the human body and reduces the release of unpleasant odours through the skin. We recommend storing horn jewellery in a dry place and removing it when bathing. This material should not be used for fresh piercing and should not be subjected to the sterilisation process. We assure you that no animal has been killed and harmed for the sole purpose of producing buffalo horn jewellery. The raw material is sourced from the Indonesian islands of Sulawesi and Sumatra, where these animals are traditionally part of the local community's diet. Jewellery manufacturers are supervised by local wildlife conservation organisations.
